Privacy Policy

Your support of the Toyota Lexus PAC is completely voluntary. Toyota will neither favor nor disadvantage employees because of the amount of their contribution or their decision not to contribute, and employees may refuse to contribute without reprisal.

Contributions to the Toyota/Lexus PAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions will be used for political purposes. All payroll deductions will be made in accordance with Toyota’s payroll system and will continue until the employee notifies the PAC administrator Dreanna Perkins, dreanna.perkins@toyota.com, in writing that the authorization is revoked.

Federal law requires Toyota to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and the employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Under federal law, the maximum amount an individual may contribute to the Toyota/Lexus PAC is $5,000 per calendar year. Only U.S. citizens and individuals who are lawfully admitted for permanent residence (“green card” holders) are eligible to be solicited and make contributions.
